Improved Health Services Applauded in Aweil South County
Services at the Malek Alel Primary Health Care Center (PHCC) in Aweil South County have seen a significant positive transformation, according to the County Commissioner, Hon. Luka Thel Thel.
Commissioner Luka Thel recently praised the remarkable improvements, attributing them to the impact of the Health System Transformation Project (HSTP). "Women and children in the area are now receiving quality medical treatment at the facility," stated Hon. Luka Thel.
He extended his profound gratitude to the donors whose support has been instrumental in achieving this positive change, emphasizing the importance of bringing quality healthcare closer to the community.
What is the HSTP?
The Health System Transformation Project (HSTP) is a crucial, government-led initiative supported by multiple donors. It is dedicated to strengthening and enhancing health systems across the entirety of South Sudan.
