The Undersecretary of the National Ministry of Health, Honourable Dr. Harriet Pasquale, convened a crucial meeting today at the BHI Hall to introduce herself to the Ministry’s senior leadership team. The gathering brought together Directors-General, Directors, and Deputy Directors of Health Services for the first time since Dr. Pasquale assumed her new role.
The primary objective of the meeting was to establish a clear vision for the Ministry’s future direction and foster collaboration among its various departments. Participants engaged in constructive dialogue to identify key challenges impeding the progress of healthcare delivery and to develop strategies for overcoming these obstacles.
In her address, Dr. Harriet emphasized the pivotal role of healthcare programs and community engagement in improving the overall health and well-being of the South Sudanese population.
