Juba, 25 October 2025 – Minister Sarah Meets with Senior Consultants on Health System Reform
The National Minister of Health, Hon. Sarah Cleto Rial, Minister of Health – Republic of South Sudan, successfully concluded the second health sector management meeting with senior health consultants to review the current state of the nation's health sector.
The primary aim of this critical meeting was twofold: to assess the health system’s existing strengths in light of arising health matters and to establish a clear roadmap for the next steps forward in reforming the sector. This focused discussion is part of the Ministry's ongoing commitment to building a more resilient and responsive health service for all citizens.
In her remarks to the consultants, Minister Sarah Cleto highlighted the necessity of dedicated action, stressing the importance of working collaboratively on all matters concerning the ongoing reformation of the health sector. She underscored the fundamental role of senior medical consultants’ initiatives in achieving the shared objective of reform.
